Privacy Policy for Chuteworks

Privacy Policy for Chuteworks

Effective date: September 10, 2026

Developer

Chuteworks is provided by 056 Labs webtech. For privacy questions, contact info@056labs-eood.online.

Information the App Processes

Chuteworks does not require an account and does not ask you to provide personal information.

The App processes gameplay information, including your current score, lives, chute fill levels, points, best result, and purchased upgrade levels. Current-run information is held temporarily while you play. Your best result, accumulated points, and upgrade levels are stored locally on your device using Android preferences so they remain available between sessions.

The inspected application source does not contain code that collects location, contacts, photos, messages, financial information, health information, or other user-provided personal data. It also does not contain analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or social-media SDKs.

Advertising Identifier

The Android manifest declares permission to access the device advertising identifier. However, the inspected source contains no code or advertising SDK that reads or uses that identifier, and no advertisements are implemented. If this changes, this policy should be updated before the changed version is released.

How Information Is Used

Locally stored gameplay information is used only to operate the game, display your best run and point balance, and preserve permanent factory upgrades.

Data Sharing and Third Parties

The inspected source does not transmit gameplay progress to 056 Labs webtech and does not identify any sale or sharing of personal information.

The App uses AndroidX, Kotlin, and Jetpack Compose components to provide its interface and platform functionality. No data-collecting third-party SDK was identified in the inspected dependencies.

The App includes Internet permission and code for an in-app terms page configured to load an HTTPS page from example.com if that page is displayed. Normal startup in the inspected build proceeds directly to the game. If the external page is invoked, the hosting service may receive ordinary network information such as an IP address, request time, and browser or device-related request information under that service’s own practices.

Device Backup

Android backup is enabled for the App. Depending on your device, operating-system settings, and backup provider, locally stored gameplay progress may be included in a device or cloud backup managed by that provider. 056 Labs webtech does not operate this backup process.

Security

Gameplay progress is stored through Android’s application storage. Access is subject to Android’s application-sandbox and device-security protections. The optional terms page is configured to use HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and the supplied information does not establish whether device backups are encrypted in transit.

Retention and Deletion

Locally stored gameplay progress remains on your device until it is changed during play, you clear the App’s storage, or you uninstall the App. Copies included in an operating-system backup may remain according to the backup provider’s settings and retention practices.

Because the inspected source does not show 056 Labs webtech collecting gameplay data on a server, 056 Labs webtech ordinarily has no server-side gameplay record to delete. You can delete local information through Android’s app-storage controls or by uninstalling Chuteworks. For privacy or deletion questions, contact info@056labs-eood.online.

Children’s Privacy

No target age group was supplied. Chuteworks is a general color-sorting game and does not knowingly request personal information from children through the inspected application features. If you believe a child has provided personal information to 056 Labs webtech in connection with the App, contact info@056labs-eood.online so the concern can be reviewed.

Changes to This Policy

056 Labs webtech may update this Privacy Policy if Chuteworks’s features or data practices change. The updated policy should identify its new effective date. Users should review the current policy when an updated version is made available.
